I accept that I am entering SMART BANGLADESH RUN 2024 entirely at my own risk. By sending my details for entering and taking part, I agree to the following disclaimer/warranty;
I am medically fit to enter this event. I acknowledge that I am capable of safely competing in the event and I am not aware of any medical condition to the contrary.
I understand that my participation in this event is at my own risk and I accept full responsibility for obtaining adequate skills to negotiate and avoid any potential hazard on the course. I shall comply with all the directions given on the registration form, confirmation letter, and pre-race briefing.
A2i, ICT Division will not be liable for injury, loss, damage, and or death arising from my participation in this event. I waive any claims against A2i, ICT Division for (including but not limited to) any damage, loss, injury or death whether caused by my participation in this event or third parties who have also entered this event.
Hereby I indemnify A2i, ICT Division against all liability for all injury, loss or damage arising out of or connected with any act or omission by me in the course of my participation in this event.
This release shall extend to and include promoters, sponsors and the organizers of the event and their respective directors, partners, managers, officers, agents, contractors, employees and volunteers including medical and paramedical personnel appointed for the event and the statutory body or local authority having control over the land upon which the event will be conducted.
I shall run within my abilities and will be responsible for any injuries caused by my negligent behavior resulting in injuries to others. I am fully responsible for my personal belongings at the event.
Furthermore, I indemnify A2i, ICT Division against all liability for all injury is not responsible for my vehicle or the safety of my vehicle when parking and leaving it unattended for my participation in the event.
I agree to display the sponsors’ stickers on my race kit, to wear the race bib and to allow the organizer and the sponsors to use photographs, video and any other cinematographic material of me taken during the event to advertise their products or to promote the event at no cost to the organizers and sponsors.
I agree to wear the BIB number properly with my BIB number showing clearly at the finish line. I also agree that not wearing the bib properly as instructed by the organizer will and can hamper my timing for the event.
